Kevin Faulk

Kevin Faulk graduated from Oak Brook College of Law in 2002, where he was fifth in his class.  From 2002 through 2005, he worked in the business litigation practice area in Austin, Texas.  Since moving to the state of California in early 2006, he has devoted his practice exclusively to the representation of consumers in fraud and warranty cases.  For the past two years he has served as the vice-president of the Oak Brook College Alumni Association.

While at California Lemon Lawyers, Kevin has helped consumers recover money owed through many successful settlements and judgments, including class actions.  He has prosecuted breach of warranty, unfair and deceptive acts and practices, and fraud cases involving used and new automobiles, boats, motorcycles, trailers, and recreational vehicles.

Kevin has become very involved in the Bay Area community during the past two years.  He is active in his church, community theater, and youth programs.  Kevin hopes to help all Californians through his work at California Lemon Lawyers.
